Awesome seller!!! Excellent communication and even offered an upfront assurance to honor a return if the controller didn't completely function. Item packaged well with fast and reasonably priced shipping! Item works nicely and is in great shape!! Only problem is that the rubber grips are deteriorating slightly. But that's probably normal for these Mad Catz controllers. Wrapped the handles up and problem solved.
