  The pack arrived today. It is a present for my best friend so I could not manipulate it too much. But to me it is in good conditions. It seems complete and the quality good. I would also like to mention the appearance seems perfect. It is basically new, like it was out of a shop. It has arrived very fast. Very serious seller and very fast delivery.   Item was to have include a memory module that was missing in shipment. Further, CD was packed only in a plastic "bubble-pack" bag, so the case of the disk was smashed and broken into pieces. The vendor responded with wanting pictures and cited some "Ebay rules" about delivering the memory module they claimed to be selling in the first place. Clearly, this whole effort is a waste of time for a $20 item.
