When I initially received this order, the box it came in had obviously been opened and retaped multiple times. Upon opening the box containing the lights, I found one of the rings on one of the lights was broken, with the pieces in the bag. I contacted the seller immediately (with photos), and requested a replacement. The seller responded promptly saying there were no more lights available, but offered to credit my account for the sale, allowing me to keep the other one. Great customer service!
