printer was in GREAT shape & packaged superbly. No complaints with product, I am very pleased . Seller communication/length of time it took to mail item & me receive was AWFUL. My offer was accepted 10.20.23 & paid for that night.26th still had no item & seller finally created shipping label. Package didn’t get a scan until 10.31.23 and I received item 11.03.23 so it took exactly 2 weeks. If you have time to wait go for it but if not, find another seller. $30 for s/h & to take 2 weeks is crazy

First time in over a decade that we leave a Neutral feedback. Wrong model sent, so basicially overpaid $50-$100. Seller should have made it right. Still a great printer but a Wireless model was clearly offered in the description, and this was clearly not a Wireless model. Seller should take care to accurately describe listings. We will keep it, but disappointed that it will not function as needed. Too bulky and a hassle to return.
