  The value was good. The condition of the toothbrush was like new. I hope the quality is good, time will tell. Appearance was nice and new as described. But the communication was excellent and well above and beyond what 95% of average companies do for you today! So I have to say the guy I was working with was very good at helping me out get the right one I wanted instead of the wrong one I ordered. Was fast turn around texting and he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with! Fixed the issue!
