  I tried reaching out to the seller time, time, and time again, on the problem I had with the unit that was sent to me, I gave the seller plenty of time to respond, thinking if the seller understood American English or not, without trying not to be rude about it, being this product was coming from a foreign country, and wasn't sent what was pictured in the description
