    the Item arrived on the 17th, no need to issue a refund...However, tracking was nonexistent, would have saved a lot of confusion had there been a reliable tracking in place. I was blind the whole time. I believe the seller did their best to mitigate and keep me informed...I would recommend this seller.

    I received the tray in a timely manner and it looks real nice in my bathroom. the reason i didn't give it 5 star is because when i received it, it was in an Amazon package and the very reason i went on Ebay is because i was boycotting Amazon and changing who i was buying from. I could have gotten it cheaper at Amazon but no longer shopping there, now will not shop this seller because of who it uses.
