  There was more damage on the bag than expected- the hardware is scratched and the zipper is damaged, none of which was shown in any of the photos. I would not have purchased the bag if I had known. The shipping was also delayed more than expected, but that isn't the seller's fault. A positive is that the bag was well wrapped and protected in transport.

  I'm sorry about that,don't recall the zipper being faulty. I will refund half of the price if you like.
