Shirt was exactly as described and sizing was perfect! BUT I paid for 2 day fed ex shipping and they sent my order through the normal USPS mail. Almost didnt get here in time for the holidays. Reached out to seller and was told i’d get a shipping refund. Never refunded me the difference in shipping just pocketed the money. Smh

The buyer's negative feedback is perplexing, particularly after offering a free return. Their request for a full refund while retaining the item isn't a justifiable basis for negative feedback. Using such tactics will not contribute positively to resolving the situation.

They are not honest seller.There are two terrible stain on the hoodie. They deliberately hid the deep red stain on the front of the hoodie from us in the picture.We can't recommend this seller to any buyer.

The claim made by the buyer is entirely unfounded. The use of a fictitious name on their order and the delay of two months before leaving feedback raises questions about their motives.
