    First, the item was supposed to come with a remote. Seller didn't ship it with the remote and took a follow-up message to them to get them to respond back to me. Than the dvd side does not work like advertised it was supposed to be working.

    Love these ICOMs, they're like tanks! I had an issue with one of the three and contacted the seller, who immediately offered options, including a refund for one of the radios. I accepted and the refund was issued with immediacy. Time from contact to resolution was under 10 minutes. I appreciate the customer focus and wouldn't hesitate to order again from seller.

    The item was as described, the sellers shipping and communication was not good. If I pay immediately, the item should be shipped out in a timely manner. Buying online is always a risk and buying from this seller had me wondering if I had been taken for a ride. I won't be buying from this seller again, and I hope the seller corrects this for future buyers.

    Buyer never once messaged me, so un sure what he means by poor communication. Item was shipped within 3 business days as stated in the listing. Unsure what more I can do to "correct" my behavior when I shipped the item on time, and as described (buyers words). Buyer is unaware of how ebay works, would avoid working with him in the future.
