    Buyer gave a negative for shipping costs which were clearly stated before he bought the book. We pack in a box with padding which increases weight & cost. He should not have bought if didn't like the clearly stated shipping, not give me a negative after he agreed to pay that amount. Over 25 years of selling on ebay & never had this happen.
