  I know they can do better but I give you a positive feedback why? Because you've been acting very responsible in my situation. I received the first one and now the second one damage and I know you're going to response and you going to do property action because of that. I love this product and it's very sad that I've been waiting for and both of them is damaged. It's either the way. Do you guys package the product or the mail you need to figure it out?
