    Item came as described, Fit perfectly on the 3" tube, Value and quality is good for a $12 dollar air filter, Condition was new, but came with a few dents as USPS is cruel to just about everything they process, package was ok but metal was bent on it ( that part faces down now..) Appearance, its metallic purple!! I like it.
