  Item as it states it is but there is one issue that is major. That issue is no instructions on how to install it! I would not buy again from this seller even after reaching out to them. I was sent a message that no instruction but I'll refund you $20.00. I was also told to reach out to others for instruction on how to install! Not good!!!!

  Originally I wanted to return the detachable tour pack mount because it’s design it can’t be used as advertised. They started to offers for a monetary refund. We finally agreed on a $60 refund. They told me that they couldn’t give me my refund until the refund request expires. Now they tell me that they don’t have to give me a refund because the refund request has expired. Because of this I want to return the item for a complete refund.. I don’t want to do business with them at all. Thanks
