  Prior to delivery/sale, the boxcar was damaged but was listed as in new condition and that the buyer would be proud to have in their collection. Because of small photos, the damage isn't noticeable. Seller saw this as it was wrapped and knew about it. Sliding door will not close because of prior damage. Seller plays games with return shipping payment, claims that eBay will pay for the return. Unheard of this policy. Buyer Beware!!
