  Neutral because I did receive the statue and happy with the statue but the overall shopping experience was less than desirable. The item wasn’t shipped until 12/7 when I purchased it 12/26. I messaged in between asking for updates and no communication until 12/9. I was charged $50 for shipping when it actually cost $9. With the up-charge, I expected secure packaging but there was no protection of the sort. Literally it was just the item in a used amazon box without protection.

  The statue arrived 2 weeks earlier than the estimated delivery date (we upgraded your shipping service) and the shipping cost is fixed regardless of where you live, as stated in the listing. All statues are shipping in styrofoam inside of their factory boxes. We usually respond to customers within 24-48 hours absolute latest.

  We've been dealing with covid-related delays unfortunately.and have uploaded tracking/shipped the item out of course. Buyer contacted us over a holiday weekend and we responded immediately the next morning.
