I ordered four cookie jars, they were shipped together with very skimpy packing material. Two arrive totally smashed. I contacted the seller, they will not refund my money, I've sent picture after picture, still NO REFUND FROM THEM. So I ask ebay to step in, they said box up the broken , shattered glass and send it back, seriously, their solution. Talk about done with ebay. I'm out my purchase and 58$, never again. The seller has all the rights, you've got none. Buyer beware!!!!

We went above and beyond to help and make this right. Including providing you step by step instructions to attach pictures. It was packed well, but understand that things can be damaged during shipping. We simply asked for pictures of the alleged broken items. You refused to provide pictures as proof of the damages. Ebay asked you to return all the items for a full refund. Again, you refused to do so. There is no reason for negative feedback due to your unwillingness to resolve the situation.
