    Very shady seller. Seller shipped a monitor that was scratched up on the face and with a busted screen. Seller then contacted me by phone and apologized and said they would ship another. That never happened. The seller then called me back again and apologized and asked us to trash the monitor and we would get a refund right after the call. NOW the seller is telling us to ship the item back for the refund AFTER they called and asked us to trash it and would be refunded.

    Serving eBay customers since 2012 with honesty. Buyer claimed damage but refused to return the item, which is required for a refund under eBay policy. We never asked them to trash it. The buyer demanded a refund without return and threatened negative feedback, which we declined to ensure fairness and follow eBay rules.
