  Advertisement was for gallon of M6701 Marine 1-Step at $31.24. I received an Amazon box with Amazon notice inside and quart of 1-Step. Seller said the gallon was delivered. I sent him a picture; he changed his story saying his price was higher because of added cost. If I sent it back to him, via a shipping label I never got to work, he said he would give a refund; yet, his ad said: “not accept returns.” I don't trust him to refund, will not return the Amazon quart. I'll take the $12 loss.

Messaged vendor to cancel item as my address is valid and used in the past, currently and in the future. I needed the items so requested cancellation from vendor due to parcel carrier not being able to complete our transaction.
