    Original item arrived, did not power on/ charge. Seller sent free replacement that also did not power on/charge. After neutral feedback left seller offered refund. The refund offer was accepted, seller repeatedly requested removal of neutral feedback (seemingly in an effort to keep their ratings higher than they perhaps should be). The experience has left me questioning the accuracy of seller rating on eBay s platform. The seller deserves neutral feedback, but I don t them to keep messaging me

    Former Amazon shopper here. My purchase from Kerriganhive was great value, arrived quickly and was good quality.
