    Item tracking was bizarre-it was all over several states in a nonlinear progression and then showed “delivered” when it was not. I suspect a post office error, not seller, but was refunded by eBay since only seller/shipper can file a lost item claim with post office. Leaving positive feedback since I don’t think seller should be penalized with bad feedback as well as having to deal with the post office poor service.
