It was only wrapped it paper damaging the box that was meant as a gift. I should have fully read the notes, but I am truly amazed that a seller would not want the item to arrive undamaged at all costs and make sure the customer was satisfied other than saying sorry you should have read the full description and pay even more for shipping. I sympathize with the buyer whose box was damaged in shipping, but by his own admission, my listing was clear about how the item would be packaged -- a measure intended to save buyers on shipping cost, btw. The listing ALSO offered alternative packaging if a buyer were to simply ask. On top of this, the headline for the listing explicitly said "See Description." I don't know what I could have done to be more transparent about how the item would have been packaged.
