    This being my first time buying something off Ebay, Ken's Buyback exceeded my expectations. Quest 3 came in great condition as advertised and it also arrived pretty quick. I was worried wether or not the headset would actually work once I got it in my hands but thankfully it does! Far better pricing then buying new from Meta who dont even give you an option to buy only just the headset. Made for a great replacement after the last VR Headset I broke lol.

    This seller canceled my order claiming that there is an "issue with buyer's shipping address." I have bought and sold hundreds of items on eBay, and have never had an issue with my address. The seller never contacted me directly before or after canceling the order. They clearly did not want to fulfill the order for another reason, likely so they could sell the item for a higher price. I would suggest avoiding dealing with this seller, as they will waste your time.

    I am following up because the seller retaliated against my accurate feedback by leaving positive feedback on my account with a negative comment, violating eBay's feedback policy. The seller apparently made a pricing error, but instead of accepting the transaction defect they deserved for canceling the order, they falsely claimed that there was an issue with my address. Abuse of the cancellation system makes eBay worse for all users. I strongly urge all buyers to avoid buying from this user!
