  While the item was lost in shipping (No fault of the seller), the seller was very responsive when I informed them and did what they could to try and track it down. We agreed to a specific date to try and allow it to arrive and when the day arrived the seller reached out to me and then issued an immediate full refund. I have bought other items from this seller and all were received and all were as described. This is an A+++ seller who I will buy from again.
