Due to the size of the monitor purchases they contacted me to confirm detail around the delivery and if it would work for me. Unfortunately the item was delivered damaged which seems to have happened during the delivery itself. KelsusIT handled the situation very professionally and were open to discuss with me what I wanted to do with the monitor given the damage. Eventually they offered to refund me the full price of the monitor. Highly recom.

Opted for 8gb Ram, 256gb ssd, i5 processor for my daughter and it's easly as fast as my New Asus of a similar spec, but my Asus was £500! So yes, a bargain. Packaged well too and delivered when expected. Next time I want a laptop, I'll be looking to this seller. A+++
