  The microscope that I ordered didn't work but the seller has done all they can do to help me get it to work still there is something wrong with the microscope. I mean I am not upset that it doesn't work. The seller had great customer service the seller has gave me a full refund. I would recommend this seller. That is the chance you take when you order off line is getting something that doesn't work. But fast shipping excellent customer service and communication.

  Can't on time packaged perfect. But I could figure out the software needed to use it probably user error? But he was right there helping me all he could I just have been really busy needed something like plug and Play easy.
