The outer boxes had some minor damage—likely from the courier—but the radiators themselves were very well packaged with polystyrene and bubble wrap, so there was no damage at all. These raw metal ones are prone to show imperfections more and any scuffs show up. The white ones I've had before were perfect, these had a few scuffs out of the box, but not so bad as to complain, I just mounted them with the best side showing. Nature of the beast I reckon. good company and good to deal with, will always use for my column rads. 10/10 A+++++
