  From start to finish; the ordering experience was truly fantastic. Communication was impecable. Seller reached out to notify that order was received and would be sent; seller sent another email when item was shipped - I received my item earlier than expected and was a nice surprise to come back to after returning from a trip! The figure was so securely packed and shipped, it honestly set a standard in comparison to other figures I’ve ordered. 100/10 would order from them again.

  Amazing communication!! my package was lost at no fault of the seller, The seller was following up assisting with trying to find my package and providing me continuous follow ups, My package finally arrived and i was so pleased because it was in excellent condition as described.
