  Item was described to be in new excellent condition, item arrived with grease and dirt stains with 2 holes on the shoulder. I went with this seller because they said this was new. Not very pleased.

  These are surplus military items. Prior to the review being received, I have offered to exchange out the one reviewed for one that is the same and in new condition. This one was not noted as having defects, but I will happily swap it out for one that is superior in condition.
