    In my experience, this seems to be a fraudulent seller. Item was never shipped, multiple efforts to communicate ignored, a request to cancel order over a wk after no tracking/communication had failed was denied. Although ebay could be a bit quicker in understanding and acting, they did eventually implement their guarantee after seller declined to communication w/ them w/I 3 day window. Seller takes an order and your $, banks on the 75% of buyers who never report for profit. Stay clear.

    Paid 27th April but not posted until 6th May. Received 22nd May. Ordered Fine refills but one was Fine and the other Medium. Pkt states: For sale only in India/Nepal. Still in blister pack so definitely new condition. Postage was 18 to 26 May so it did make it.
