    New rechargeable handheld spotlight; shipped in the original box, but slow to arrive; so light in weight it probably doesn't have the 9600 mAh battery in the description; also, a shoulder strap was NOT included; it certainly is NOT 10 times brighter than other spotlights. I do like the 2 settings for the side light, and the red/blue strobe. All in all, not sure if it's a good value for the $; only time will tell. However, I can't really blame the seller for the issues I stated.
