  The chair arrived in a plastic bag, disassembled of course, but missing parts, and no wrapping of the individual components. No Instruction Manual of any sort. Actually, NO information included at all. Have no idea whether it shipped this way or the shipping provider caused the issue. Have not had time to evaluate the missing components, but after doing a quick review on the web site, it's obvious parts are missing. I would like a full refund or a new chair.
