  Seller either listed the item incorrectly, or provided the incorrect item. Received an almost 15 inch laptop bottom instead of 13 inch. To return it I would have had to pay additional for shipping when the error was theirs. When I realized that, I cancelled my return to file a request for a new one without being charged shipping but the window to return closed. Contacted seller and they did not respond. Now I’m stuck with the wrong item, because seller sent or listed the wrong size item.
