  The gift is for my Grandson. My daughter was home to receive the package. Everything was delivered properly. The box was intact, and so was the gift. We will charge the battery to see if it is working condition. My only issue was I ordered a Lamborghini, did not get a Lamborghini, I got a McLaren. They are not the same thing. I am disappointed. I ordered a Lamborghini.

  FYI, Item was advertised as having a 5 year warranty. Item lists three different warranties in description: 5 year, 2 year 90 day free replacement, 3-5 year. Extremely confusing! Seller clarified as only having a 2 year warranty, so different from the three listed. The item arrived undamaged and is working well so far. Out of shear confusion on the warranty I ended up buying the three year allstate warranty in case there is an issue chasing down a warranty claim with the seller.
