    Revised review - seller reached in a couple of weeks explaining carboard spools had sold out. My issue was the shipping container was a plastic bag, not a cardboard box, I was misunderstood. Despite that the seller refunded the cost of one of the 4 spools (buy 4 pay for 3 promotion) and sent a coupon for 6% off for a future order. I do not know that the spools not vacuum sealed are bad, and they may print fine, so I consider this a fair response. Improving my ratings.
