  Listing clearly said sale was for "zipper box w/Bezel Protector". Package came without the Bezel Protector. Contacted seller- they said they never intended to include the bezel protector and the only option given was to return the zipper box. No offer to pay for return shipping or even a partial refund. Over the past 10+ years I have rarely given negative feedback - but this is clearly a seller that misrepresents what's included in a sale and does not care.

  The box will help protect the bezel of the watch. The listing noted that the box was all that was included. The buyer did not understand the listing and I reached out multiple times to assist with a return for a 100% refund. The buyer refused and then offered to remove the feedback for a partial or full refund. No integrity or honesty with this buyer. Buyer has been blocked and I recommend the same by other users.
