  Lime scale rings inside the cup were not disclosed. Refund offered was purchase price but not shipping. Receipt of refund incorrectly divides purchase price into subtotal and shipping falsely showing a refund of shipping. Seller seemed snippy and advised I deal with it. Would not deal with this seller again.

  It is a sad society when one sells a pre-owned used item and the buyer expects it to be brand new from the factory!!! I saw no discoloration in the crystal at all or it would have been reported or cleaned with a little vinegar as suggested to buyer. Buyer wanted the $4.00 item for free and that is what she ended up with less postage. BEWARE OF THIS BUYER!!!
