They asked for some photos of where the missing parts should have been installed but weren't. Once the confirmed that it was a manufacturer's problem, they sent me a return FedEx code and I was able to return the item with no problems, no hassles. Very professional.

Took approx. a week or less to receive it double boxed, all attachments included. I had to wait for a friend to unbox TV, assemble legs & then we waited for me to buy a Roku stick for it. Unfortunately, during that wait period somehow TV was knocked over, screen broken & wouldn’t work when we applied Roku stick. I don’t know who/why wrecked TV & I sadly never got to use it. Otherwise I was pleased with Seller’s TV.
