    The seller sent the wrong item, was rude in their communications about it and the camera was so old the plastic handle fell apart I put it back into the box to return it. The buyer never took the item out if the box to look at it before shipping it to me otherwise the plastic handle would've fallen apart in their hands. I got the item, took a photo to show it was the wrong camera sent and when I repacked it the plastic handle fell apart because the plastic was so old and brittle.

    Yes a mistake was made. A camera listed the same day as the one you ordered and in the same SKU got packaged and delivered. Both cameras were listed within the previous week so need to double check the condition. You were given several options for remediation, yet you extorted negative feedback and broke the camera sent you then returned it. I have screen shots for anyone interested in how this transaction really went down! Buyer sent pics of item unbroken in hand then broke it and sent it back!
