  I already contacted the seller. The item was broken upon receiving. I tried to come to a resolution since it was close to Christmas and was a toy for my grandson. I asked the seller if he would discount the price and would just keep it and glue the arm on. Seller reply that discounting is not his policy and that I needed to send it back so he can inspect it and compare his pictures, implying that I may have switched it out with a broken one. I did not like that it would be a subjective return.

  Yes, item was shipped in listed condition and buyer's request for a discount was denied. We communicated if they would like a refund to please open a return request where a pre-paid shipping label would be sent and a full refund upon successful return and inspection of the item where we would carefully compare the returned pieces to our photos to ensure accuracy.

  If the Seller would have simply asked me what was the limited edition number on the bottom of the foot we could have easily determined it was the one the seller originally sent me.
