  Sehr guter Service , jedoch kann man nicht die Firmware updaten via Wlan oder PC! Der Handler hatte versehentlich geschrieben das es geht...jedoch bei anderen Handys vom selben Händler stand das jedoch dabei....somit hatte mich ein Schreibfehler des Händlers irretiert und habe das Handy bestellt mit den besseren Daten. Es kam schnell an und original verpackt. Der Händler hat mir gehlfen bei der Rücksendung....vorbildlich...da kann Deutschland nur träumen davon.

  Phone is great. This company on the other hand... They sent one which didn't work in the US. After a week or so convincing them that their phone didn't work, they had me send it back AT MY COST! They did send a replacement which works just fine. But the replacement didn't come with the free case. So I'm out an extra $75 in shipping plus the cost of another protective case. This company may seem like it's got good deals but the overall costs are higher than just ordering directly. Not cool.

  YOU said you can not use the phone, we accept your return request. But the new phone's price is 70usd higher. The official version of the new phone CPH2655 does not come with a phone case. your initial order is PJZ110 comes with a case officially. we said "we can send you the new phone at the same price , you dont need pay money difference." The premise is that you return the package yourself, as we are unable to purchase labels on the USA website.
