An email to the seller was quickly answered and a second item of the 50mm tape rapidly despatched. Great communication from seller and resolved a small issue. There was no inconvenience to me. The photos show the different pack sizes. Seller kindly allowed me to keep the 25mm tape. So item as described, new and high quality. Great value. Excellent customer service from seller.

Had an issue with the parcel carrier resulting in the item arriving later than expected. I allowed a couple of days after the carrier informed me they were running late but gave no expected delivery date. I contacted the seller who replied promptly and curtiously . The issue promptly resolved itself the next day. It took me another day to close the issue due to not knowing the eBay system well enough. I will happily buy from them again

Would have appreciated a little more padding in the packaging, but all bulbs arrived safely. This is the 2nd time buying these bulbs from this seller; the previous lot lasted 3 and a half years. If still available, I imagine I’ll buy them from here again.
