Some sellers on eBay seek to get your money only meeting min expectations. This is such a seller. Pictures are low quality. No measurements are shown or provided. Min description-1 sentence. Had to ask questions. Initial response quick but no reply to follow up questions re measurements-SENT TWICE. 5 DAYS to get item to Post Office pushed the delivery date to slowest possible date. Seeing how seller rudely insulted & berated another customer in public feedback made me regret my purchase. AVOID!

I disagree with the low-quality pictures. You purchased a bag that showed the size and had the size listed in liters. I ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday first thing in the morning. You purchased this item on Friday afternoon and that Monday was Presidents Day so the post office was closed and your bag went out first thing Tuesday sorry for the delay, but that is the earliest I could get your item out
