  We thought the grate insert was missing from the airfryer and contacted joyhuthomme and they offered quick replies and really good customer service. I had bought the airfryer for my parents and they later found the grate insert attached to the bottom of the white foam in the bottom of the box. I would recommend buying from this company because of their good customer service and willingness to find a solution.
