  Very pleased with the open box/not previously used Waterpik Fusion tooth brush that I ordered from this seller. My tooth brush came in original damaged box, but still in original unopened packaging, and was housed in an additional box for safety. Communications with this seller were excellent. Very pleased with ALL aspects of my transaction with this seller, and would use again.

  Item as described and works well. A++ for that. Item was shipped rapidly, A++ for that. However - packaging was NOT sufficient - box arrived very very damaged, and did not appear to have been in good condition to begin with. Shipper did not reply to request for information, although package was delivered (very late, likely USPS fault as it went to California first!!) while waiting for reply. In the end no issues with overall transaction.
