The major difference is the presence of a Micro USB charging port so it's easy to miss. It also had a description that was a bit off and described an impossible combination of RAM/SSD size, probably because there was no OS so seller could not check specifications. However, it also shipped quickly, and it was packed well, and the device is going to be fine for my purposes.
