  I don’t know if I just got lucky, but they always responded to my messages within 10 minutes. Item was packaged well. Multiple layers of protection. I chuckled that it was wrapped in newspaper since I didn’t think anyone still got those, but it still protects stuff just as good as it did last time I used it! Shipped later than I would have expected, but not so late that it was a problem. Still got here pretty quickly too.
