  The item was securely wrapped and reinforced with bubble wrap. Unfortunately, the package had been damaged by the Postal Service. Looked like it was steeped on. The side of the bobble head was crushed in. I reached out to the seller and he responded within minutes. A full refund was issued within the hour. My nephew and I have made multiple purchases with this seller and we never had any issues. Best 5 stars customer service, and best value for your money. Definitely the most trustworthy

  Transaction was smooth, shipping and packaging was great, and the signed ball is fantastic as described. The auction closed on July 10th and the listing gave a few days to make a payment on the ball so this was no big deal for me at all that I was just traveling for work and didn't pay same day, so considering the listing gave a few days I didn't give it a second thought. Seller contacted me next day July 11th with "payment?", which was just impersonal and felt impatient. Paid right away after.
