    The pen was never received. Tracking clearly showed label created but no further updates. Seller did refund my money then sent me a nasty message stating that I received the pen and cheated him! The furthest from the truth. Pen was never received as the Tracking correctly show. End of story. This man has anger issues, should be directed at postal service that lost the pen, not me!

    These people are amazing. There was a glitch in tracking of several packages I shipped out...only shows label was created. However, my PO carrier who I've had for over two decades assured me packages were delivered. The other recipients said they received their packages. PO asked if I received a return on this one particular buyer and I said no...PO then said that's because they received it. I gave this a buyer a refund anyway and then they say I have anger issues and give me neg feedback
