    Item as described except I own a pair just like these in Small. I assumed bc of the view in the measurement photo that perhaps they were not straight across on the hanger and actually a 29”. These are an x small. So while it’s true they are a 28, there is no tag and the website shows 29”> as an xs. This is my mistake for buying them. Shipping was extremely fast and seller did show measurements. They look brand new. I’ll lose 5lbs. It’s fine.
